It is a simple process that each one of us can use to reduce food waste and trash going into landfills\, while improving your garden soils. Learn the basics about composting\, how to get started\, what can and can’t be composted and some troubleshooting tips. \nGuest Presenter\, Colleen Emmerling is a Penn State extension Master Gardener in Lancaster County since 2021. A former estimator for commercial print\, she enjoys gardening challenges in her current shade dominant property. Her interest in hobby gardening began with a part-time job in perennials at Funks Farm Market and fostered a desire to be a good steward of the land. \nThis is open to the Community.  Contact atkinsateb@aol.com so we can reserve a seat for you.  We kindly request a nominal $5 fee for guests to attend.
