“Growing Your Own Microgreens” – Club President, Susan Atkins, will present a program on growing microgreens and indoor salad greens. She has been growing microgreens for over a year using easily accessible household equipment. Microgreens are super nutritious and delicious. Use them in smoothies and salads.
Presenter
Susan Atkins is a lifelong gardener with a passion for herbs. Retiring in 2022, after a 38-year career as a psychologist, she finally had time to become a Penn State Extension Master Gardener, which was on her bucket list. She loves to talk with others about gardening and herbs.
