Annual Plant & Seed Exchange

$5The Conestoga Herb Guild will hold their Annual Plant & Seed Exchange on Wednesday, May 8 at 6:30 pm at the Millersville VFW. This event is open to the public. Please join us for this event where in addition to learning about plant propagation, Guild members will supply a variety of plants and saved seeds from their
gardens to trade!
The educational presentation will be “Simple Plant Propagation” presented by Guild member, Erica Runkles, who will share various methods and materials to start propagating your own plants. Methods shared will include seed starting and plant cuttings and divisions.
If available, additional plants and seeds can be donated for the “sharing table” to share with other members and guests. Plants and seeds will be labeled with their plant name, growing conditions and the donator’s name to answer any questions.
About the Presenter: Erica Runkles has been a lifelong gardener who was inspired by her parents, an early stint at Green Leaf Greenhouse taking plant cuttings, and a deep love of playing in the soil with seeds and plants.
